too small i will have to use safety pins to hold in place. did i misread the description of this product. I am looking for reusable liners for incontinance. A waste to buy disposable liners that go to landfill. Any ideas for me. P.S. like the fabric combination.
My friend was unsure these would work without fasteners or wings. No worries! They stay secure, as long as I wear snug-fitting panties. These are just what I needed for my minor stress incontinence. Comfortable and more breathable than disposable pantiliners. Highly recommended! Easy to wash and dry. Soft and comfy.

I can hardly believe how comfortable (barely perceptible anything's there) and effective these pantyliners are. I'll definitely be telling others about them...
The winged pads work well, but the wingless pads are terrible in that they’re super floppy and will constantly fall out of your panties anytime you go to the bathroom or are undressing (even if you wear form-fitting panties!). They also don’t stay in place inside your undies and will get bunched up or flipped down in weird ways that make a bloody mess. Really not sure why the seller continues to sell the wingless version, or why they don’t sell a bundle of the winged pads only.
