Wear a winged liner with a wingless on top, and switch the wingless out with each bathroom visit (or sooner if needed).

New to reusable? My personal suggestion is to start with a 7" set. That way you can try both the winged and wingless styles, as well as figure out if you enjoy the 7" or would like to size up/down.
